Stan Parker, Founding Partner

Stan Parker is a Founding Partner of Gamut and is responsible for deal origination, transaction execution, portfolio management and overall management of the firm's operations. Prior to forming Gamut in 2015, Mr. Parker worked with Apollo Global Management for 14 years, most recently as a Senior Partner. During his time with Apollo, Mr. Parker served as a member of the Global Private Equity Investment Committee, Sector Lead of Transportation/Distribution, Sector Lead of Cable/Telecom/Technology and as a member of the firm’s Global Valuation Committee. Prior to Apollo, he worked at Salomon Smith Barney in its Financial Entrepreneurs Group. Mr. Parker currently serves on the boards of directors of JPW Industries, IAC Group, PS Logistics, XR Extreme Reach and Petmate. Previously, he served as a director on the boards of companies including AMC Entertainment, United Agri Products, Affinion Group, Momentive Performance Materials, CEVA Logistics, Charter Communications and Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings. Mr. Parker graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with a BS in Economics.


Jordan Zaken, Founding Partner

Jordan Zaken is a Founding Partner of Gamut and is responsible for deal origination, transaction execution, portfolio management and overall management of the firm's operations. Prior to forming Gamut in 2015, Mr. Zaken worked with Apollo Global Management for 15 years, most recently as a Senior Partner. During his time with Apollo, Mr. Zaken served as a member of the Global Private Equity Investment Committee, Sector Co-Lead of Chemicals, Sector Lead of Power/Coal, Sector Lead of Agriculture and as a member of the firm’s Global Valuation Committee. Prior to Apollo, he worked at Goldman Sachs in its Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Mr. Zaken currently serves on the boards of directors of Grede, Davis-Standard, Hoffmaster and Airtron. Previously, he served as a director on the boards of companies including JPW Industries, Momentive Performance Materials, Hexion Specialty Chemicals and Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings. Mr. Zaken graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with a BS in Economics.


Michael KregerSenior Partner

Michael Kreger is a Senior Partner of Gamut, responsible for all aspects of leading an investment, and serves as Sector Lead of Automotive, Building Products, Metals/Mining and Paper/Packaging. Prior to joining Gamut, Mr. Kreger was a Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, where he focused on distressed debt investments. Previously, Mr. Kreger was a Director at Madison Dearborn Partners, where he focused on private equity investments. Earlier in his career, he worked at UBS in its Investment Banking Division. Mr. Kreger currently serves on the boards of directors of PaperWorks Industries, IAC Group, Grede, Davis-Standard, XR Extreme Reach, Hoffmaster and Airtron. Previously, he served as a director on the boards of companies including Aleris International, Bway Corp, Chassix Holdings, Multi Packaging Solutions, Schrader International and Tribune Media. Mr. Kreger graduated from Amherst College with a BA in Economics and Political Science and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Michael HaniganPartner

Michael Hanigan is a Partner of Gamut, responsible for all aspects of leading an investment, and serves as Sector Lead of Building Products and Paper/Packaging. Prior to joining Gamut, he was an Analyst at Moelis & Company in its Investment Banking Division. Mr. Hanigan currently serves on the boards of directors of IAC Group, Hoffmaster, Petmate and Airtron. Previously, he served as a director on the board of PS Logistics. Mr. Hanigan graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Business Honors and Finance.


Sam PowellPartner

Sam Powell is a Partner of Gamut, responsible for all aspects of leading an investment, and serves as Sector Lead of Business Services, Consumer/Retail and TMT. Prior to joining Gamut, Mr. Powell was a Principal at Silver Lake Partners, where he focused on private equity investments. Previously, he was an Associate at Lightyear Capital. Earlier in his career, he worked at Deutsche Bank in its Investment Banking Division. Mr. Powell currently serves on the board of directors of XR Extreme Reach. Mr. Powell graduated from Princeton University with a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering.


James ShanahanPartner

James Shanahan is a Partner of Gamut, responsible for all aspects of leading an investment, and serves as Sector Lead of Chemicals and Industrial Manufacturing. Prior to joining Gamut, Mr. Shanahan was a Senior Associate at KPS Capital Partners, where he focused on private equity investments. Previously, he worked at Deutsche Bank in its Investment Banking Division. Mr. Shanahan currently serves on the boards of directors of Grede and Davis-Standard. Mr. Shanahan graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a BS in Business Administration and Accounting.


Shane TiemannPartner

Shane Tiemann is a Partner of Gamut, responsible for all aspects of leading an investment, and serves as Sector Lead of Distribution, Energy & Industrial Services, Healthcare and Transportation/Logistics. Prior to joining Gamut, Mr. Tiemann was a Principal at Veritas Capital, where he was responsible for identifying, executing and managing control private equity investments across a range of industries. Previously, he was a Vice President at Kelso & Company. Earlier in his career, he worked at Bear Stearns in its Merchant Banking Division. Mr. Tiemann currently serves on the boards of directors of JPW Industries and PS Logistics. Previously, he served as a director on the boards of companies including 4Refuel, APTIM, DSW Holdings, Hunt Marcellus, Nivel Parts and Manufacturing, SolAero and Verscend. Mr. Tiemann graduated with a BS in Accounting and also earned an MBA from Indiana University.


Allyson AlimanskyPartner, Head of Marketing and Investor Relations

Allyson Alimansky is a Partner and Head of Marketing and Investor Relations of Gamut. Prior to joining Gamut, Ms. Alimansky was a Director on the Credit Suisse Private Fund Group and Capital Services teams. Previously, Ms. Alimansky was the Director of Business Development at D.B. Zwirn & Co. Earlier in her career, she was responsible for marketing and investor relations at Capital Z Investment Partners, GSC Partners and Northbridge Capital. Ms. Alimansky graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a BA in Politics and earned an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.


Scott BergerPartner, Chief Financial Officer

Scott Berger is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Gamut. Prior to joining Gamut, Mr. Berger was Vice President and Senior Controller at Sun Capital Partners. Previously, he was Principal and Director of Finance and Accounting at Siguler Guff & Company. Mr. Berger began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he was a Senior Manager. Mr. Berger graduated from James Madison University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.


Noah LeichtlingPartner, General Counsel

Noah Leichtling is a Partner, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Gamut. Prior to joining Gamut, Mr. Leichtling was a Partner and Head of the New York Corporate Group at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where his principal areas of practice were general corporate law, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Leichtling graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Journalism and earned a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.


Ryan Brady, Principal

Ryan Brady is a Principal of Gamut and is responsible for all aspects of investment execution. Prior to joining Gamut, he was an Analyst at Credit Suisse in its Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking Division. Mr. Brady currently serves on the boards of directors of JPW Industries and XR Extreme Reach. Mr. Brady graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a BSBA in Finance and International Business.


Brian GramoliniPrincipal

Brian Gramolini is a Principal of Gamut and is responsible for all aspects of investment execution. Prior to joining Gamut, Mr. Gramolini was an Associate at Citigroup in its Global Industrials Investment Banking Division. Previously, he was an Analyst in Citigroup’s Global Structured Finance Group. Mr. Gramolini currently serves on the board of directors of PS Logistics. Mr. Gramolini graduated magna cum laude from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond with a BSBA in Finance.


Matthew SimonPrincipal

Matthew Simon is a Principal of Gamut and is responsible for all aspects of investment execution. Prior to joining Gamut, Mr. Simon was a Senior Investment Manager at Ardian in its North America Direct Buyouts Group, where he focused on private equity investments. Previously, he was an Analyst at RBC Capital Markets in its Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Division. Mr. Simon graduated with high distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a BBA with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.


Juan ValdezPrincipal

Juan Valdez is a Principal of Gamut and is responsible for all aspects of investment execution. Prior to joining Gamut, Mr. Valdez was a Vice President at The Sterling Group. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate at Greenbriar Equity Group and an Analyst at Credit Suisse in its Investment Banking Division. Mr. Valdez graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Management Science and earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.


Vasil BorisevichAssociate

Vasil Borisevich is an Associate of Gamut and is responsible for all aspects of investment execution. Prior to joining Gamut, Mr. Borisevich was an Associate at Guggenheim Securities in its Global Healthcare Services Investment Banking Group. Previously, he was an Associate at Lincoln International. Mr. Borisevich graduated from James Madison University with a BBA in Finance and Economics.


Chris GlynnAssociate

Chris Glynn is an Associate of Gamut and is responsible for all aspects of investment execution. Prior to joining Gamut, he was an Analyst at Evercore in its Restructuring Group. Mr. Glynn graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with a BS in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Computer Science.

Prior to joining Gamut, Mr. Jordan was a Senior Associate at Littlejohn & Co., where he focused on private equity investments. Previously, he was an Analyst at Credit Suisse in its Global Industrials Investment Banking Division. Mr. Jordan graduated cum laude from Haverford College with a BS in Physics.


Drew KobasaAssociate

Drew Kobasa is an Associate of Gamut and is responsible for all aspects of investment execution. Prior to joining Gamut, he was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in its Financial Restructuring Group. Mr. Kobasa graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with a BS in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Business Analytics.

Mark Marcus is an Associate of Gamut and is responsible for all aspects of investment execution. Prior to joining Gamut, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in its Global Industrials Group. Hunter ThompsonAssociate

Hunter Thompson is an Associate of Gamut and is responsible for all aspects of investment execution. Prior to joining Gamut, Mr. Thompson was an Associate at Black Diamond Capital Management in its Private Equity Group. Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst at Raymond James in its Restructuring Group. Mr. Thompson graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BSBA in Finance.


Sonya VohraAssociate

Sonya Vohra is an Associate of Gamut and is responsible for all aspects of investment execution. Prior to joining Gamut, she was an Associate at Goldman Sachs in its private equity secondaries business, Vintage Strategies. Ms. Vohra graduated from Yale University with a BS in Applied Mathematics and a concentration in Economics and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Jessie Wang is an Associate of Gamut and is responsible for all aspects of investment execution. Prior to joining Gamut, Ms. Wang was an Associate at BDT & MSD Partners. Previously, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at Moelis & Company. Ms. Wang graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with a BA in Economics and minor in Mathematics and a BM in Music Performance.
